Exchange & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Exchange is only available if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Timeline: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Condition: Items must be unopened, seal-intact, and in original packaging. We cannot exchange any product that has been used or opened for hygiene reasons.
Process: WhatsApp or Email us with your Order ID and a photo of the item. Once approved, you can exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value.
Shipping for Exchange: If we sent the wrong/damaged item, we will bear the shipping cost. For all other approved exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping fee.
